The storage, preservation, accessibility and citation of research data is an essential aspect of creating reusable scholarly output. With a growing wealth of research data available, effective research data management (RDM) tools need to ensure datasets are easy to discover, share, and reuse by the research community.
In 2016, the FAIR data principles were published to offer guidelines to support communities’ needs on data sharing and improve data “Findability, Accessibility, Interoperability and Reuse”. Elsevier is committed to making data effective, and developing better research data management processes and systems to support data sharing.
This webinar outlines how the Mendeley Data platform helps researchers discover, collect, and share research data supporting the FAIR Data Principles.
