Educational Visit to Hemmersbach Hellas

The IT company Hemmersbach Hellas was visited by the postgraduate students of the Postgraduate Program in Human Resources Management at the AUEB, accompanied by the Director, Professor Maria Vakola. They had the opportunity to attend a comprehensive program that included a presentation of the company and the functions of the HR Department, with an emphasis on Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance & Appraisal, as well as an HR Surprise Game and a discussion with Mr. Stefanos Hadjirapis, Country Manager.
