Who It Is For
The Master’s Program in Human Resource Management is designed for individuals who wish to pursue a career in Personnel/Human Resource Management within large organizations in either the private or the public sector.
Specifically, the Full-Time Program is intended for graduates/holders of a first-cycle degree from Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Greece or from equivalent, recognized foreign institutions (recognized by DOATAP), ideally with a background in economics, business administration, or psychology. Applicants should have a very good command of English and a strong interest in specializing in the HR management of large organizations and building a career in this field.
The Part-Time Program is intended for professionals with at least two years of work experience (after obtaining their degree), ideally in the field of Human Resource Management (recruitment and staffing, compensation and benefits, training, and employee performance evaluation), and a very good command of English. The program is aimed at those who wish to enrich their professional experience with the theoretical and scientific knowledge necessary for the proper and effective implementation of HR practices and tools.
