The AUEB Library provides remote assistance and support in how to access and use remotely the digital resources as well as information on Library-related issues.
You only need a Windows Operating System computer, Ms Teams app, and headphones or speakers - no camera and microphone required.
Initially, you should have activated (only once) your Office 365 account according to the following instructions: https://www.aueb.gr/el/content/office-365-dilos-365
