Internship
In the effort to implement actions for the distinction of MSc in Human Resource Management in the first quality level of business excellence model of EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) the Internship Thesmos was created in 2007.
Since then about 25 students a year do their internship in HRM divisions of large companies.
Management of the Postgraduate program decided to give priority to the construction of the internship system in order to create added value for students.
Internship meets the basic need for interconnection of the graduate program with the labor market and the adaptation of its students in the HRM area generally.
The main objective of the internship program is to familiarize students with their future work and to create opportunities for later employment in companies that have Human Resources Management as their activity object.
The internship program is open to graduate students who have completed their first year of study of the full-time program.
Part-time students are not excluded from the program, but because of their full employment in other companies a clear priority is given to full-time students.
