BRAND & COMMUNICATIONS TRAINEE | STANLEY BLACK & DECKER

You will be part of the Brand & Communication team, supporting brand needs for various product launches and providing communication support for their promotion across digital, social media and offline channels. Additionally, you may occasionally assist the Trade Marketing team, who are responsible for maintaining and updating product lines according to customer needs, market trends, and competitor actions.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the development and execution of local brand plans that align with the overall EMEA ANZ strategy, digital marketing initiatives, and local commercial objectives.
- Collaborate with regional Trade and Sales teams to support the implementation of marketing plans and activities across the region.
- Provide support in organizing events for customers and end users, ensuring effective brand representation and engagement.
- Manage relationships with external partners, such as event organizers, printers, and suppliers of promotional materials, to ensure high-quality execution of marketing activities.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of Point of Sale (POS) materials for marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate deployment.
- Prepare basic marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations, using PowerPoint to support various marketing initiatives.
- Assist in the maintenance and execution of e-marketing activities, contributing to the brand’s digital presence and effectiveness.
- Participate in the creation and updating of catalogues and brochures, ensuring content accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Help track and report on promotional activities by market, providing insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Update and maintain digital data relevant to the market, ensuring information is current and accessible for marketing purposes.
REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English (Spanish is a plus but not required).
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in marketing trends and digital media.
- Comfortable with Excel (including formulas) and PowerPoint; familiarity with Photoshop is a plus.
- Active user of social media platforms and interested in digital marketing.
- Good organizational and project management abilities; familiarity with project management methods is a bonus.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Recent graduate or currently pursuing a Master’s degree (or coursework) in Marketing or a related field.
- Previous internship or part-time experience in marketing is valued but not required.
- Fluent in English (C1/C2); advanced Greek required.
