As a People & Organization Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering seamless HR processes, supporting employees and managers, and driving impactful HR initiatives. This is an opportunity to make a real impact while growing your HR career in a dynamic and innovative organization.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
HR OPERATIONS & EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE
- Manage payroll, time & expense administration, and salary adjustments
- Administer employment contracts and benefits processes
- Support seamless Onboarding & Offboarding experiences
- Organize learning & development logistics
- Keep organizational charts and people metrics up to date
- Oversee internal HR communications, including Townhalls and Intranet updates
- Ensure compliance and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders
TALENT ACQUISITION
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to selection
- Conduct interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent
- Maintain recruitment analytics and continuously optimize hiring strategies
EMPLOYER BRANDING
- Bring our company culture to life through impactful employer branding initiatives
- Manage employer branding campaigns across social media and career platforms
- Partner with universities and participate in career fairs and networking events
- Create compelling content (videos, testimonials, employee spotlights) to showcase our workplace culture
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT & HR DEVELOPMENT
- Define and enhance HR processes, ensuring alignment with global best practices
- Support digital transformation in HR, including the future implementation of Workday
- Champion our Creator’s Culture, embedding it into our people processes
- Drive change as an HR innovator, continuously improving the employee experience
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations, administration, or recruitment
- Strong collaboration & problem-solving skills, with a hands-on mentality
- A passion for continuous improvement and a growth mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English & local language
- Tech-savvy with experience using HR systems (Workday preferred), Microsoft Office & Teams
