Junior IT SAP/ERP Consultant – Athens (f/m)
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Junior IT SAP/ERP Consultant, you will be responsible for the support of the existing SAP implementation, as part of a team that consists of internal and external resources.
You will investigate and troubleshoot SAP-related issues raised by business users, via the ticketing system. You will deal with issues that are related to the customization of the platform or its integration flows with other systems. You will also implement preventive checks, in order to maintain the system in good order.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE.
- You will detect, actively propose and document requirements for enhancements and new developments, in order to further enhance the system’s efficiency and effectiveness. You will be actively involved in the implementation of such enhancements, through performing relevant configurations and/or liaising with the external consultants and internal or external developers for implementation.
- You will be expected to gradually acquire an excellent know-how of the supply chain business and the supporting IT ecosystem, including the company’s SAP systems and general IT infrastructure, in order to be able to support and be involved in their evolution.
REQUIREMENTS.
- University degree
- Proficiency in English at a written and oral level, German will be consider as a plus
- Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to effectively communicate and present solutions to all levels of business and technical users
- Reliability, accuracy and attention to detail
- The capacity to understand business needs and priorities in order to successfully prioritize requests
- Responsible and eager to learn combined with strong team working skills The position is permanent and is based in Athens (Glyfada) Greece.
