HR ASSISTANT | CAMPARI
We are currently looking for a passionate and highly motivated junior professional to join our HR Team as an HR Assistant, reporting to the HR Manager. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient HR administration and Payroll preparation, as well as assisting the HR team in other people activities and projects, as deemed appropriate.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in payroll processing by keeping the Digital Card system up-to-date and collecting the monthly payroll input.
- Act as the point of contact for employee attendance, remote working and leaves management requests, as well as day-to-day employee inquiries in general.
- Support the preboarding and onboarding process for new hires.
- Coordinate with the payroll provider on ERGANI related topics.
- Ensure compliance with the Greek Labor Law and Health & Safety regulations.
MANAGE EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
- Maintain and update personnel records and prepare HR documents.
- Update HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR team in other people related topics as required.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- BSc in Accounting, Business Administration or related field. MSc in HR is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in Payroll/HR Administration roles.
- Familiarity with ERGANI is a must. Experience working with Digital Card Systems is an asset.
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
- Experience working with SuccessFactors or similar HR systems is a plus.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the Greek Labor Law and professional HR issues.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive and can-do attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with employees at all levels.
