So what’s the challenge…
The Business Analysis Specialist plays a key role in delivering cost-effective technology solutions by defining functional requirements, designing efficient business processes, and ensuring clear communication between business stakeholders and IT development teams, both internal and external.
Your day to day will include:
- Collaborating with TORA business team to analyze and identify needs for new functionalities or enhancements in processes and systems
- Conducting business process mapping and reengineering to improve operational efficiency and develop suitable technology solutions
- Translating business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for both business and technology teams
- Supporting both waterfall and agile methodologies based on project characteristics and workflows
- Liaising with multiple departments (Technology, Finance, Legal, etc.) to design optimal solutions aligned with business needs and goals
- Identifying areas for system and process optimization, assessing impacts, and managing operational risks
- Document test cases / scenarios, contact UAT execution and record the respective results
- Supporting testing processes, providing clarifications, and assisting in developing test plans to improve efficiency
What you need to succeed:
- BSc degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Management or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Banking / Finance sector as a business analyst on banking related products
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Team spirit and ability to cooperate at all levels effectively
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills with a commitment of high quality and accuracy
- Solid communication skills that allow effective communication with a diverse group of people
- Results oriented mentality and flexibility
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple projects and deliver within strict timeframes
- High level of accuracy, good attention to detail, methodical approach
- Very good knowledge of MS Office / MS project / MS Visio and MS Project Server (optional)
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in Greek and English
