INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING QUESTIONNAIRES

Instructions for the submission of a questionnaire for the evaluation of the course/teaching of the Undergraduate Program via  e-grammateia
The student:

1. Connects to the link https://e-grammateia.aueb.gr/ with the institutional credentials until 19/1/2025

2. Selects the "Evaluation" menu

3. The courses to be evaluated can be found through the menu Questionnaires -> Student information -> My courses

4.  Under the "Actions" field, select the button with pencil
5. Fill in the questionnaire and submit it by pressing the "Submit Answers" button  and then the "OK" button

6. Clicking on the "Questionnaire List" button  returns to the list of available courses.

7.If a questionnaire has been submitted, it is marked "Completed".

8. The questionnaire is not available for completion if the evaluation period has passed.

The results of the evaluations are communicated individually to each teacher, in detail to the Head of the Department and in aggregate on the website of MODIP https://www.aueb.gr/el/content/axiologisi-mathimatosdidaskalias-pps after the delivery of grades.

PRIVACY NOTICE
The questionnaires of MODIP have been created in order to evaluate the courses and teachers of the Undergraduate Program of the academic year. The links of the questionnaires were created centrally by the Information System of MODIP and have been sent to the portal of the students of the AUEB Student Registry. The links are randomly generated and lead to the completion of the questionnaires outside the portal,  so that it is impossible to relate participants to the submitted responses. In this way, the anonymity of students is safeguarded.The resulting data are of a statistical nature, aggregated data that are necessary for the evaluation of courses and the general operation of the University.
