What Do AUEB Employees Say About Their Workplace?

The Quality Assurance Unit (QAU) of the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) has completed a workplace satisfaction survey for the academic year 2025–2026.

A total of 127 employees participated, including 46 academic staff members and 81 administrative staff members.

Data were collected between March 19 and March 30, 2026, through online questionnaires (LimeSurvey), distributed via email and official announcements.

The survey findings are presented in detail in the full report and are expected to support improvements in the University’s working environment. AUEB remains firmly committed to continuous enhancement and improvement across all areas of its operations.
