We are currently looking for enthusiastic SAP SuccessFactors Analysts to join our established, highly motivating and dynamic Consulting team in our offices in Athens.

Your role as a SAP SuccessFactors Analyst will focus on the delivery of client engagements by understanding expectations and demonstrating personal accountability for keeping performance on track, exercising effective communication and relationship-building skills and contributing to the
priorities of the team and the business. In this role, you will commit to personal learning and development and explore opportunities to make an impact by delivering exceptional client services.
During your tenure as a SAP SuccessFactors Analyst, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:
- Prepare and execute the iteration workshops of the respective SuccessFactors module topic areas in close coordination with global customers and colleagues across Deloitte Network
- Configure and implement SuccessFactors solutions
- Conceptualise the technical integration of SuccessFactors to the system landscape of the customers
- Control and support of test cycles and rollout
- Further develop of our SuccessFactors and HR Transformation offerings
- Participate in Presales activities
- Manage own work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience
- Diagnose a problem, conduct analysis, and develop solutions for client problems
- Articulate thoughts and ideas in a clear and composed manner to instill confidence in team and clients
- Present a cogent idea or case using clear and concise messaging, and support using appropriate data and tools
- Effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to serve clients
- Recognize technology as a business enabler.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, HR Management, Engineering or related field
Master’s Degree in Business Management, HR Management, Engineering will be considered a
plus
Strong English language communication skills
0-2 years of experience in a consulting firm or in SAP SuccessFactors Projects
Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications will be considered a plus
Greek language skills a strong-plus (but not required)
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments
Military obligations fulfilled where applicable
