About the role
There is currently a job opening “Ground Operations Invoice Controller”, in the Ground Operations Agreements department. As a Ground Operations Invoice Controller, you will be responsible for processing and controlling ground handling and airport invoices into the contracts managements system, ensuring billing accuracy. You will be a perfect match if you like to be closely cooperating with a highly skilled team of aviation enthusiasts and play a crucial role in the smooth day-to-day operation of the department.
What you will do:
• Review costs and invoices of ground operations
• Process invoices and uploads supporting documents in the Contracts Management System
• Report, claims and controls credit notes
• Upload and maintain the ground handling agreements in the Contracts Management System
• Report the cost of a specific region (Domestic and International Stations)
• Make recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency of Contracts Management System
• Process documentation related to contracts, files and ensures the contracts records are updated
You fit, if you cover the following requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or in a relevant field
• Fluency in oral and written English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of any additional foreign language will be considered an asset
