TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST | STANTON CHASE
We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support our growth: Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Participate in Client Briefs and search strategy formulation: obtain background information on the industry, organization, target companies and functions that will help developing a comprehensive search strategy.
- Identify potential candidates through internal firm network external resources, and market field.
- Conduct phone screenings and participate in f2f interviews with the Consultant to understand and determine the ideal profile.
- Create high-quality reports to present to Clients (progress reports, confidential evaluation reports, reference check reports).
- Search the external market to develop market and candidate insights.
We are looking for the right combination of over 2 years’ experience in talent acquisition, exceptional communication skills, critical thinking, teamwork, and curiosity.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or relevant field
Master’s degree in HR will be an advantage
Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience in candidate search techniques like networking, social media (LinkedIn) databases
Strong ability to listen to and interpret information
Able to work independently as well as partnering with other TA specialists and Consultants
Self-starter mentality and ability to prioritize
Critical thinking and analysis skills
