Goals

The Action "Strategic Planning Unit & Office/Teaching and Learning Support Center at the Athens University of Economics and Business" aims to:

• support the work of the Strategic Planning Unit of the Athens University of Economics and Business and strengthen its operational capacity for forming, managing and monitoring strategic plans, the preparation of an operational program and planning agreements with the Ministry of Finance as well as the drafting of annual performance and achievement reports, according to its special characteristics and traits, and
• use new technologies in teaching and promote teaching through actions aimed at creating a community of learning and innovation; continuously improve the teaching services offered at AUEB which is the main goal of the teaching and learning support center. Its principal concern is the support of instructors in the exchange and creation of effective learning methods and teaching practices, in the recording of needs, in the search for modern and effective educational actions with the aid of ICT to create friendly environments that facilitate and support learning. The relevant action also includes promotion and publicity costs, travel and equipment supply.
