Mission

The Accessibility Unit of the Athens University of Economics and Business has the mission to promote an environment of equality, acceptance, and inclusion, ensuring that every member of the academic community, regardless of their needs or circumstances, has the opportunity to fully and meaningfully participate in all aspects of university life.

With the primary goal of eliminating barriers and enhancing accessibility, our Unit:

• Supports equal access to studies, university facilities, and services.
• Works to raise community awareness and foster a culture of respect and empowerment.
• Provides specialized solutions and services, including accommodations and technologies, to meet the needs of students, staff, and visitors with disabilities or other specific characteristics.
