About the role
There is currently a job opening for “HR Officer” in the Human Resources Department. The main purpose of this role is to ensure a complete understanding of the business needs to develop, implement, and monitor HR initiatives driven by our business strategy. As an HR Officer you will partner with leaders at all levels to empower them in their role. You will identify and analyze employees’ issues and design action plans to resolve them. What you will do:
• Build long-lasting relationships with line managers, providing support and advice on HR related issues
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a proper execution of all HR activities
• Create a positive employee relations environment through close interaction with all employees across the company
• Coordinate talent acquisition and end-to-end recruitment cycle
• Conduct employee onboarding
• Participate in job fairs and youth programs
• Design, plan, and participate in internal Assessment Centers
• Monitor and coordinate development programs (e.g., performance management cycle, training programs)
• Execute internal communication actions
• Contribute to the digitalization and simplification of HR processes
• Gather, analyze, and update HR metrics
You fit, if you cover the following requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or other Social Sciences
• 1-3 years of previous experience in relevant position
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Fluency in oral and written Greek and English
And you have competence in:
• Empathy and team collaboration
• Negotiating and managing conflict
• Problem solving & taking initiative under stressful circumstances
• Thinking in a structured and analytical way
• Working with agility and resilience
