OFFICE COORDINATOR | CAREER IN PROGRESS
Career In Progress is a Career Management & Recruiting Company that offers boutique services for businesses across Greece.
We are looking for an Office Coordinator on behalf of our partner, a firm that supports the establishment and operation of effective educational programs and services designed to prepare Greek students for successful admission to renowned universities worldwide. They are dedicated to providing comprehensive preparation for standardized tests (GMAT, GRE, IELTS, TOEFL), while also fostering a vast network of consulting resources with Greek students currently studying in various cities and countries globally.
THE ROLE:
Your daily duties will include:
● Ensuring the seamless operation of daily tasks and providing comprehensive administrative support to the office.
● The fundamental details of potential students who inquire by phone or visit the office.
● Communicating and overseeing the firm's collaboration with the student groups they support.
● Managing partnerships with the educational institutions they collaborate with, including the British Council, foreign universities, etc.
● Managing the procurement of supplies and raw materials.
● Participating in presentations development , events, and exhibitions the firm hosts.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
● Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Business administration or related field.
● Participation in an internship (not necessarily in a related industry).
● Excellent command of written and spoken English.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and Google Drive
● Pleasant personality with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and development.
● Young individuals with a strong work ethic, eager to acquire new knowledge and skills.
ADDITIONAL ‘NICE TO HAVE’ QUALIFICATIONS:
● Previous employment in a full-time role.
● Prior experience in a part-time role involving the cultivation of interpersonal skills, such as service, promotion, or sales.
● Active involvement in a significant student project (e.g., TEDx, Prom Racing, AIESEC). Mere membership in a student group without active responsibilities will not be considered.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a communicative individual with a positive attitude to seamlessly integrate with the team and serve as the front line of the office. This role is particularly well-suited for recent graduates aiming to cultivate their initial years of professional experience within a dynamic and enjoyable work environment.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
● The schedule is a full-time 8-hour shift and aligns with the office hours, which are weekdays from 10:00 to 22:00 and Saturdays from 10:00 to 18:00. The specific hours will be determined through consultation with the rest of the team, consisting of three morning shifts (10:00-18:00) and two afternoon shifts (14:00-22:00).

● You will be expected to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently and frequently work autonomously, in alignment with the office policy.
