JUNIOR ASSET MANAGER | CERVED
The Junior Asset Manager, reports to the Head of Asset Management and is responsible for providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms. The ideal candidate must determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them, manage diverse portfolios and promote business development.
Main Responsibilities
• Organize portfolios, respecting relevant KPIs & deliverables based on the Project plan
• Follow-up internal subdivisions in order to meet the requirements of relevant SLAs
• Escalate all complex subject matters, providing solution for any matters
• Prepare detailed and complete reporting based on customer's needs
• Organize bi-weekly conference calls, record minutes, follow-up with internal subdivisions for their actions
• Organize the promotional actions on Websites for all assets from all portfolios and unit by unit
• Support in the update and maintenance of our Website
• Update biweekly the suggested properties on company’s site in coordination with the sales team
• Support the team with the preparation of marketing material e.g. 3d virtual video tours
• Create strong relationships with clients and deeply understand their needs
• Support clients in property documentation and monitor contact execution
• Prepare report for clients and relevant presentations
• Partner effectively with internal & external stakeholders e.g. Sales Team or Sales Finalization Team
Job Requirements
• Higher Education Degree (AEI, TEI or Private Institution) in the fields of Real Estate, Economics, or relevant field. A Master’s degree is desirable.
• Has developed at least 1-2 years of working experience in an complex organization
• Advanced knowledge of MS-Word, Power Point & Excel
• Native Greek speaker & excellent command of the English language
• True passion for Real Estate

• Self-motivated, service-oriented, and entrepreneurial
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Holder of a valid driving license will be taken into account
