Role summary:
You will be supporting our Insurance Team, offering administrative back-office support maintaining accurate and consistent information, updating data & company’s systems, developing special reports and documentation, acting as a liaison between corporate clients and insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Entering data and updating the company’s systems in a timely and accurate manner.
• Gathering and validating the accuracy of policy entries in respect of financial data, insurance period, covers etc. and relevant business documentation as per the company’s requirements.
• Preparing formal insurance documentation and communicating as appropriate.
• Resolving possible discrepancies regarding premiums and commissions received by third parties involved.
• Conducting monthly and ad hoc reconciliations of insurance accounts.
• Responding to general inquiries arising from the Finance Department.
