In this dynamic environment, we are looking for ambitious and self-driven Interns to join our Human Capital Operations team in Athens.
- Assist in preparing and updating reports related to the verification of employee data (e.g., addresses, contact details, personal information).
- Communicate with employees to request missing information or clarification when needed.
- Collect and follow up on required supporting documents that validate employee details (e.g., utility bills, rental agreements, official documents).
- Review and confirm the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of submitted documents according to internal guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates in HC systems.
- Handle all communication professionally, ensuring clarity, consistency, and a positive employee experience.
What you bring matters
- 4th‑year Bachelor’s or Master’s students specializing in Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar disciplines.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies or missing information.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in Greek and English
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the HC team
- Comfortable using MS office tools
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
